How to Return an Item
1. Initiate Return

2. Prepare Package
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
3. Ship & Refund
Ship using our prepaid label. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following cases:
Unused and unopened products in their original packaging
Damaged or defective items received upon delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used grooming tools
Opened pet food or treats
Items purchased on sale or clearance
Return Shipping
FurFusion covers all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. You can choose between:
A refund to your original payment method, or
A replacement item at no additional cost
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles (subject to stock availability). Please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
